*Weekday promo is not valid for eve of Public holidays & public holidays.
*Coaching and ALL equipment will be provided.
Duration depends on YOUR group size:
*Minimum 1.5 hours for solo riders
*Minimum 2 hours for groups of 2 to 3 pax
*Minimum 3 hours for groups of 3 to 4 pax
*Minimun 4 hours for groups of 4 to 5 pax
*Session duration includes travel time to the designated site (20 to 25 minutes)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy No cancellations and/or refunds allowed upon confirmation of booking. Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather on-site, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control, the session may be delayed and/or cancelled at the discretion of WAKEPIT. This will be informed in-person and on-site. Reschedule (Changes after confirmation by customer) Should you decide to reschedule the session, do notify WAKEPIT 2 weeks prior to actual session date. Rescheduled sessions must be made within 3 months from original session date. Failure to notify WAKEPIT in advance will result in the following penalties: More than 14 days from session date: 10% of booking fees will be forfeited and balance will towards your reschedules session (within 3 months). 7-14 days from session date: 50% of booking fees will be forfeited and balance will towards your reschedules session (within 3 months). Less than 7 days from session date or no show: 100% of booking fees will be forfeited Others Please help us keep our new upholstery stain free, no red wine or coffee will be allowed on board. Cleaning fees may be imposed for damages or stains made onto our upholstery if customer is found to be negligent.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
INDEMNITY OF UNDERTAKING FOR WAKEPIT CUSTOMERS I understand and am aware that wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling can be a hazardous activity. I understand that the sport of wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling and the use of wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling equipments involves a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body. I hereby agree that I freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury to me and/or my property, howsoever caused, while wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling and using wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling equipments during my sessions with WAKEPIT. I hereby agree that I will release WAKEPIT and the owners and/or drivers and coaches of WAKEPIT's boat(s) from any and all responsibility or liability for any injuries or damage to me/or my property, howsoever caused, due to wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling and the use of wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling equipment. I agree NOT to make any claim against or sue any or all of WAKEPIT and the owners and/or drivers and coaches to me and/or my property relating to wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling and the use of wakeboarding/wakesurfing/wakefoiling equipments. I have carefully read through this Indemnity Agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an agreement for the benefit of WAKEPIT and the owners and/or drivers and coaches of WAKEPIT's boat(s).
